Sometimes an Investor will just sell it on Land Contract to a buyer that doesn't qualify for a Bank Loan. It is quick and easy.
Renting a property can create cash flow in certain circumstances. This is a long term strategy that can make substantial income from appreciation as well as the monthly rental income and tax advantages.
And, if Wholesale Selling doesn't work, there is always the Retail market available by putting the property up on the mls and using a 3rd party Real Estate Agent to handle the negotiations. The Agent works to get the Maximum $$$ in the shortest amount of time.
